Shipping policy

When will my order be shipped? Please allow 1 business day of processing time before your order is shipped out.

How long does delivery take? We deliver across the UAE within 2–5 business days.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (holidays, weather, etc.). We do not guarantee exact delivery times as this is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Can I cancel my order? Yes! You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the item has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us via WhatsApp at or email with the subject line "CANCEL".

I entered the wrong address! Contact us immediately within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email and we will correct it before shipment.

My item arrived damaged. We package all items carefully. If your item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product — we will send a replacement free of charge.
